Since
its founding in 1994, the National Association of Gender Diversity
Training filled a critical need for bringing 'gender diversity
issues in the workplace to the limelight. The Association
provided a platform for discussion, education, and sharing
of knowledge and expertise through yearly conferences to build
awareness and seminars, consultation thru the Scottsdale National
Gender Institute.
Now gender issues in the workplace
are less overt but more covert and harder to detect. It is time to move to an integration
of gender styles (ways of doing our work) to making the styles
transparent, not competitive but complimentary. The goal is
to not have to talk about this any longer but to just accept
and know whom we need on the team to make our organizations
successful. It is time for executives to make a plan and lead the way.

Executive Memberships will be open to all organizations, profit
and non-profit, private and government. This is an excellent
way to have access to continued learning about critical issues
in the workplace for senior management. It is time to move
from general awareness to making it happen!
One-day seminars on topics will be held exclusively for member
sponsors throughout the year. Member companies will identify
topics of concern and noted professionals and organizations
will conduct interactive one-day seminars four times a year
for a low cost per person. Noted experts will facilitate the
seminars.
Member sponsors are entitled to send an unlimited number of
their management people to one or more of the one-day seminars
throughout the year.
Member companies pay an annual fee depending on the
size of the organization.
